The Project

ElisirD is one of the most important companies on the Italian scene in the field of dietary supplementation,

Its flagship product is Vitamin D3, a natural Vitamin D supplement dissolved in drops of extra virgin olive oil, enhanced by turmeric.

Goals

We took over the project in August 2020, and the goals were clear from the start:

Starting Situation

The Facebook Ads account was managed by CEO Edoardo Colombo. The results were coming in, but he was looking for someone to delegate this part to who could scale more than he was doing.

The account structure lacked a defined organization and universal nomenclature that would make it easy to read the data. In addition, there were dozens of active campaigns, which also made it difficult for the algorithm to be able to optimize.

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED

In order of things:

  1. We started by keeping active the campaigns that had historically brought results, but gradually going on to implement new frameworks, starting with retargeting campaigns.

  2. We simplified the account, structuring campaigns by 3 funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF and Existing Customers)

  3. Once the basics were set up to scale, we tested several campaigns in discovery (TOF), of which the best performing were:



    – Campaign with CBO-COMBO Framework

    – Campaign on Interests that had historically performed

    – Campaign in Sneak Attack, with Manual Bid and Accelerated Delivery.

  4. We asked our most trusted customers to record video testimonials for us talking about how ElisirD products had helped them in their daily lives.

  5. We lowered the loading time of the landing page by 1s, which helped tremendously in terms of Conversion Rate and lowering CPM.

POSITIVE EFFECT ON THE LONG/SHORT TERM

The new activities carried out have brought important results in terms of volume, turnover and new customers since the first weeks. This allowed the company to hire new consultants to manage the relationship with each customer after purchase.

In the long run, the major effect has been an increase in recurring purchases, thus an increase in the LTV of each customer and thus corporate profit.
